About AI recipes
Every recipe is written by AI from what you tell Garnished. AI can misread an ingredient, get a quantity, time or temperature wrong, or suggest a combination that doesn't work. Read the whole recipe before you start, use your judgment, and don't follow a step that seems unsafe. Nutrition figures are estimates, not lab measurements. Pictures are AI illustrations of the dish, not photos of what you will make.
Allergens
Garnished tries to keep the allergens and ingredients you list out of your recipes, but it cannot guarantee a recipe is allergen-free. AI can miss an ingredient, and packaged products (stock, sauces, spice mixes, bread) can contain or be made alongside allergens. Always read the labels of what you buy, and if you have a severe allergy, check every ingredient yourself.
AI-generated estimates
